Return Policy
All of our products are tested for quality control. However, if you have any problems with the quality of our products, just send a picture via our e-mail address showing the damage with a brief explanation of the problem. Once your claim is verified, a refund will be issued, or replacement of your bow resent.
Refund/ Cancellation Policy
All of our bows are custom made. Therefore cancellations will only be accepted 24 hours after the order was placed for a full refund. Once work has begun on any order, there will be no refunds on the order and it will be shipped as originally requested. If you wish to add to your order, it must be done within 24hours in order for all items to be shipped together. Additional orders made after the 24 hour limit will be shipped separately.
