Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. We also accept orders by mail using our convenient ready to print order form.
Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are received on Monday's. Large orders may take longer to process due to number of orders placed at the time of purchase.
Our quality control guarantees 100% product satisfaction using only top of the line materials in each of our custom designed bows. Since each bow is custom made we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
We use USPS first class shipping and USPS priority shipping. The choice is made at our discretion and based on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package. Shipping takes 2 -6 days to arrive after we process your order. If you need to expedite your order please contact us at customerservice@prissyprincess.com. Additional charges are incurred for overnight shipping.
Package insurance and tracking is available at customers expence. Please notify us and you will be billed accordingly. Buyer must pay for these services before package is sent.
